is this cpu temp. dangerous?

hey.
when i playing a game (need for speed: payback) my intel i5-3570s is going about 83c and 100% .
i have stock cooler.the cooler belongs to intel i3-2120.

can i play with this or is it dangerous?

No. That is well within Intel's safety specs and normal for using a stock Intel cooler under load (they kept the same stock cooler model between several generations). Increased voltage is more dangerous to a CPU's life span than increased heat so long as said heat is within Intel's specs for a given chip. But considering you can buy an aftermarket cooler like the Cryorig H7 for $25 (USD), and if your system can handle its size, I'd budget for that. It will drop it by at least 20C under load.

The i5-3570s will shutdown on temps around 100°C and the CPU thermal throttles (slows to cool down) will kick in before that. If that's the max temps while at 100%, then you won't have any problems.
I would get a better cooler, since I would like it to stay below 80°C.
If it fits in your case you could get a Cooler Master Hyper T4 for less than $15 on eBay.
