Gigabyte GA-F2A75M-HD2 Rev 3 not working with new RAM

Hey everyone, I've used this website for years googling any issues I have, and usually I've been able to find a solution...this time, however, I've done everything I can, and am resorting to posting myself for the first time in 15 years of PC building. Here goes nothing :)

My Motherboard says it can handle up to 64GB DDR3 RAM in 2 modules:
Gigabyte GA-F2A75M-HD2 Rev 3.0
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-F2A75M-HD2-rev-30#ov

2 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 64 GB of system memory
* The maximum 64 GB of system memory can be supported using 16 GB (or above) memory modules. GIGABYTE will update the memory support list on the official website when the memory modules are available on the market.
* Due to a Windows 32-bit operating system limitation, when more than 4 GB of physical memory is installed, the actual memory size displayed will be less than the size of the physical memory installed.
Dual channel memory architecture
Support for DDR3 2400(OC)/2133/1866/1600/1333 MHz memory modules
Support for AMD Memory Profile (AMP)/ Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules

(Please refer "Memory Support List" for more information.)

It's approved memory list, however, only shows 4GB & 8GB RAM modules:

Side note: when I flashed my Bios because Gigabyte added improved memory compatibility, I couldn't find an updated Memory Support List. So as of right now, this is the only list I have.

I currently have a Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB DDR3 1600 mhz installed (that isn't on the supported RAM list) and it runs fine.

I picked up an upgrade: Kingston 16GB DDR3 1866 mhz.

When I installed the new RAM in the 2nd bay, I got a boot loop, wouldn't even POST.
I removed the original RAM, leaving the new RAM in bay 2, same result.
I moved the new RAM to bay 1, same result.

So I upgraded my UEFI Bios, since the new GIGABYTE Bios contained improved memory compatibility (score!). Turns out it was a 2MB bios not a 1MB bios, so I had to use @bios to upgrade. Worked great, no issues. I'm now running the newest UEFI bios (according to my system info in cmd).

Still doesn't work. Tried to reset the CMOS. I removed the AC power, hit the power button to drain excess power, and then shorted the reset CMOS pins per the manual, still nothing.

Did I just blow $125 on bad memory, or am I missing something?

I've exhausted all possibilities, and nothing is working. My new memory isn't in the 'approved memory list' but neither is my current memory which works fine...

I'm at a complete and utter loss. If anyone could help me out that would be great!

Thanks

Edit: I just entered everything I have into PCPartpicker, and I get the following flags -
But I'm not told why/where this info came from, and I can't see why...
