Motherboard not detecting Cpu and RAM

I recently bought a B350M PRO-VDH, I have since set it up with other parts within my pc. But, the computer is failing to boot (fans and leds still working). The ez debug leds on the motherboard are lit up on 'cpu' and 'dram'. I have checked and none of the pins on the cpu are damaged or bent. And the RAM is installed in the correct slot. I have also checked the whole case and nothing could be shorting the motherboard.

Is this an issue with the motherboard and is there a fix?

Note. All parts are compatible...

Weird, I can suggest trying outside of case, if not, borrow another psu in case vs is bad/faulty, last option would be RMAing mothertboard.

Try to leave mobo only without cpu and ram, then power it up, if it shows led fo cpu and ram, add cpu (ofc with cooler), if it shows again, I would go for RMA.

Yeah, I tried this... I found when the cpu isn't powered, just the cpu light is on.

To power the CPU I used the 8pin CPU connector. I definitely think that the motherboard is at fault here.
