Is the drivers for your graphics card installed?
Are both cards gets enough power to function?
Are both cards supported to work together
Try using one card, if both card works then use only one

Does your PC boot into windows fine, is it only when you play games that it crashes? Do what marcus said, make sure you have the graphics driver installed. I would do a clean wipe of the drivers with DDU and then install a fresh new ones from nvidia. If it still crashes try the one that came with the GPU. I once had a bad gpu that would only accept the drivers from the CD but not the one from nvidia, which indicated to me it was a bad GPU. IF your rig boots up fine and you can browse its definitely seems like a driver issue.

Double check the GPU's power connections and that you are using the PCIe connectors from the PSU. It could be a loose connection and when the GPU tried to draw power from the PSU it's not getting it. Just getting into Windows, the GPU is likely only taking what it needs from the PCIe slot, but firing up a game dramatically increases the power draw.

Ok, then as mentioned before, it's likely a driver issue. Use DDU to do a clean install of the latest driver.

I used DDU and did a clean install of the latest driver and nothing has changed still having the same problem and I also made sure that all my cables were connected right and that nothing is lose

My next thought would be to run Memtest and/or make sure the BIOS is up to date.

I have recently built a new system:
Computer: ASUS All Series
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K
Motherboard: ASUS Q87M-E
BIOS: 1602, 04/27/2016
Chipset: Intel Q87 (Lynx Point)
Memory: - 4096 MB PC12800 DDR3 SDRAM - Patriot Memory (PDP Systems) 1600 CL9 Series
- 4096 MB PC12800 DDR3 SDRAM - Patriot Memory (PDP Systems) 1600 CL9 Series
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 TI
Intel Haswell-DT GT2 - Integrated Graphics Controller [AsusTek] / Intel HD Graphics 4600, 1024 MB (disabled)
Windows 7 *tried both 64 and 32 bit versions with same issues

I was having a similar issue (d3dx9.dll and "game".exe violation errors) and I spent the last few weeks troubleshooting. I think I may have found the solution. After running all diagnostic programs and doing some benchmarking, temp checking, etc, today I found the Direct X SDK. I installed it and rebooted my computer.

So far my games have been working (some I have to use the medium option for the graphics settings) but it is working much better.

After so much frustration, I hope this little tidbit may be helpful to anyone who is experiencing similar issues with their new builds.

Good luck and enjoy!

I just also tired using DDU and removing Geforce Experience and using my CD drivers to see if my games wouldn't freeze if it was a driver issue but no I still freeze on my games

So it turns out it was the GPU that came with factory defect so I sent it in for warranty and they gave me a brand new one so best bet is to try a different gpu and if the problem doesn't happen then its something wrong with your gpu
