Better for Gaming ?

Should I go with a Ryzen 5 2600 + 1070 or with an i5 7500 + 1060?

Or in general, what CPU would be better, the i5 7500 or Ryzen 5 2600?

How would these builds match up with each other if they had the same other specs:
Kingston A400 SSD 120GB
WD Blue 1TB SATA 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM
Ballistix Sport LT 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR4 2400

Mobo for Ryzen:
ASUS Prime B350-Plus

Mobo for Intel:
GIGABYTE GA-B250M-DS3H

Solution
Go with Ryzen 5 2600 + 1070
Get a bigger SSD at least 256GB, 120GB won't do. $20 more now could prevent issues later with a full drive.
Go with a B450 motherboard.
The ASUS Prime B350-Plus is fine but it might not come with the BIOS update required for the Ryzen 5 2600.

Would a GIGABYTE B450 AORUS M do the trick?
