Hi, I have an HP Z230 Tower Workstation, with Intel Xeon E3-1225 v3 (4) @ 3.600GHz CPU and NVIDIA Quadro K600 GPU. It currently has 2x8 GB RAM but I want to upgrade it to 32 GB. However, there is a catch in that two of the four memory slots are damaged (giving beeps when plugging RAM into them). So, the only option I have is to plug 2x16 GB in the two working slots. Can anyone assist me as to whether it would work or is there a limitation on RAM size per slot that would prohibit it from working?
