I was on the BIOS and i decided to change my CPU's Frequency, then i save changes and exit the computer didn't boot again, just fans working but no load, nothing. How i fix this?

I try Jumper and did not work. The computer is an Lantis housing, idk about motherboard and CPU, o think the cpu is pentium III, i think
