Hi, i currently have a z270 h asus motherboard with 4x8gb kingston 2666mhz ram, i noticed while having a look in my bios that my ram is set to 2400mhz. Is this just the base speed and it will automatically overclock upto 2666? or is it being limited and the setting should be changed to 2666mhz?

2400Mhz refers to the basic JEDEC spec the memory has set itself too, to get 2666mhz, you need to either overclock or if the BIOS has it, enable XMP to use higher speeds.
