Will my CPU bottleneck GTX 1060 3GB?

Hello, I have Phenom II X6 1100T and I want to buy a GTX 1060 with 3GB VRAM but Im not sure if my CPU will bottleneck it or not.

Depends on the game. In modern CPU heavy titles it may hold back a 1060 3gb a bit.

700watts is far more than enough. What is the make and model of the psu?

Well it has plenty of power. However that's a low quality PSU that I assume is getting quite old at this point,you might want to look into replacing it when you have the money. A decent 550watt psu would be plenty for your system.
