Ever since i did a factory reset on my computer everything started going wrong and I have no idea on what to do anymore i tried everything that people suggested in other forums but they don't seem to work for me.
I keep getting a DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - netio.sys 0x000000d1

and I looked on the Bluescreenview and saw i have errors netio.sys and ntoskrnl.exe

sorry English isn't my first language

Solution
Well the BSOD error you are mentioning does occur for a variety of reasons so we have a long way ahead of us.
The first thing to do is to check for faulty RAM.
To do this download memtest +86 and burn it to a dvd or usb and boot from that device.
You can start windows in safe mode and see if you still get this error.
Also check for hdd errors with hard disk sentinel.

If you have tried the above feel free to tell us what other troubleshooting methods you have tried.
