How do I get into the bios of an P7P55D-E EVO motherboard?

Solution
Not sure what you're looking at. When I go to Pg 2-27 (English version) I see this:

I've highlighted in red boxes the pertinent info.

You shouldn't even see Windows. The boot process shouldn't even get that far. It should be:

1) Power-On Self-Test (POST) - This is where you see various hardware devices being listed on the screen and when you should be spamming the <Del> key. Don't just press it once. Press it repeatedly until the BIOS screen opens.
2) Your system reads the BIOS to determine what the primary boot device is.
3) It reads the primary boot device (typically your hard drive) which then starts to boot up Windows.

Do you recall ever setting FastBoot in BIOS?

Pg. 2-27 of your motherboard manual shows you the location of the Clear CMOS button on the rear I/O panel. If you are ultimately unable to enter BIOS after attempting to repeatedly pressing the <Del> key during POST, you can try clearing CMOS and then try again.

Another trick to try when pressing F2 or DEL to access the BIOS doesn't work is to place your hand on the keyboard, pressing many keys and holding them down while powering on the system. The system will detect a keyboard error and take you to the BIOS to help "fix" the problem.

To reset the BIOS, power the system down and remove all power sources (power cable, display connection, powered speakers, etc). Then press the power button to discharge any residual power (yep, I mean it). Then remove the motherboard battery (remember which side goes "up"). Wait one minute.

Re-install the battery, and reconnect everything. Power on. Your BIOS should now be in its default settings.
