Depends on the settings, will be playable, probably at Medium. RAM would be better if you were running in dual channel mode, if you have a 4g and 2 GB stick, replace the 2 with a 4.
i will soon upgrade ram to 8gb dual 4gb sticks
game runs pretty well only problem is cpu it bottlenecks some time but is fine
i completed all the missions on 1920x1080 fxaa: off, msaa: 2x, txaa: off, reflectin msaa: off, ULTRA settings 25-40FPS
when i did the trevor missions at the country FPS were 25 AVG when u have franklin or michael on los santos city FPS were 35AVG with nvidia PCSS shadows when i put shadows soft fps goes 40 AVG
i dont think there's a problem with ram but i just ordered ZOTAC GTX 950 Low Power does not need any pin connector
i'll give him my 750 ti + $25 and i'll get the 950, then i might upgrade the ram to dual stick 8gb
