Mouse and Keyboard not lighting up, and monitor says no signal

SOME PLEASE HELP! I just got done building my pc and It turns on and everything runs fine, But my monitor keeps saying no signal and no matter where I plug in my usb keyboard and mouse they don't LIGHT UP! I use the MSI tomahawk b350. I dont want to replace my Motherboard, Is there any other way to fix this!

Did you load the motherboard drivers? Although the installation disc is out of date (download the latest version from the motherboard manufacturer website for the specific motherboard), it will get you up and running.

Booting from the Windows installation disc should provide drivers good enough until the the updated drivers are installed.

Without the drivers from Windows or the motherboard drivers, USB may not be functional.

Also I would invest in a case speaker. They are not very expensive, and provide information on whether the motherboard passed the POST and booted up. Without the monitor, you have no way of knowing if the motherboard even booted.

If you don't like the beep on start up, you can always remove the speaker until you need it for troubleshooting.

Also in the event that the problem is with the monitor itself, try switching out the monitor cables and monitor with one that is known to be working.

Another option is to use the HDMI to a TV.

Without any evidence that the motherboard passed POST. If other attempts have failed, replace the motherboard and try again.
