I need help finding out what's the latest/best lga 775 cpu for my motherboard so I can have my pc sort of speak at maximum potential at its job for each piece of hardware.

You did not say what are current specs of y our PC.

Some motherboards might get C2Q. But if you think that the upgrade will you a computer twice better than what you have - you won't.

Another problem could be that the system is not designed for thermals of more powerfull CPU. Check whether original PC was sold with C2Q.

It's Q35 chipet I have core 2 duo and wanted to know what other cpu can I use to upgrade it to the next best one for gaming. What's better then core 2 duo that will be compatible with my Lenovo thinkcentre m57p Q35 chipset motherboard?
