Sli requires a very high pcie bandwidth like 2 pcie slots operating on their own x16 bandwidth, but why? As I am taking the the aorus z370 gaming 3 as an example, its pcie config. as follows: one pcie x16 slot and a similar one on x4 interface but the rest x16 bandwidth is taken from the three small x4 ones, so it's optimized for cfx just, cfx requires a lower bandwidth. But also, why?
