Which PC should I buy for gaming?

I know building your own is the smartest option, but frankly I dont know enough about computers to build one, the most I ever figured out was how to install my graphics card.

I have two options before me:

A) Buy one from amazon that might be better but I live in the ghetto so i really dont like the idea of the UPS man showing up to my house with a new computer infront of everyone, you can get robbed that way, plus i just dont want to trust shipping with this kind of thing, also I'm inpatient.

B) buy this pc i found on craigslist, go to guys house, give him money, go back home, done and done. Simple. Reliable.

here are the two PCs, I want to know how much of a difference I'm looking at and rather or not you think the Amazon one is worth the trouble

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074N1W37Z/ref=as_at?creativeASIN=B074N1W37Z&linkCode=w61&imprToken=sNFb23mg.BHyzpbKZ.ce6w&slotNum=1&tag=tgs-prebuilt-20

Lenovo Ideacentre 720 18L
AMD Ryzen 5-1400, 8GB DDR4, 1TB HDD, Radeon RX 560

OR

AMD FX-8350 4.0/4.2 GHz processor, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD hard drive, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti

I'd feel more comfortable with a in person buy BUT if we're talking about say like 20fps frame difference on battlefield 1 or something than I'll get the amazon.

5-10 or more fps difference is acceptable, but for 20 or more i'll go with amazon.

So I'm hoping someone here can enlighten me on what kind of power comparison we're dealing and maybe tell me which you think I should go with given my situation.

Is it worth it?
