You can cheap out on every other component inside the PC except PSU. Since PSU powers everything, it is the most important component inside the PC and if you care about your system, you do not want to cheap out on PSU. Also, while the PSU warranty covers the PSU itself and you can RMA the blown PSU, the PSU warranty doesn't cover any other component the PSU fried when it died.

That being said, for a good quality PSU, Seasonic 500W range PSU would be more than enough for your system, e.g M12II-520 EVO, G-550, Focus 550 or Focus+ 550,

Focus and Focus+ are the newest PSU lines from Seasonic and they come with 10 years of OEM warranty. G and M12II EVO series PSUs...

Between the two, i'd go with Seasonic. While that Seasonic unit is an OEM unit (industrial PSU) and it's discontinued at current date, it still has far better build quality than the low quality FSP Hexa 600 (HE600).

Here's translated review of Seasonic unit as well,

Though, couldn't find a review of FSP unit.

Also, what kind of system do you have that you'll need 600W unit? Something with GTX 1080 or up?

All my 3 PCs: Skylake, Haswell and AMD are also powered by Seasonic. Full specs with pics in my sig.

So that being said, my only option is the ss-650ht since thats all my money can handle, now my question this time is, is it enough for my 780ti? Or maybe a 1070 or a 970? Can it handle it pretty well?

The SS will handle any of them with ease.

Build quality wise, yes, Focus+ 550 or it's cheaper counterpart, Focus 550 is better than SS-650HT. Also, SS-650HT only comes with 3 years of warranty with 80+ Bronze efficiency and it isn't meant to be used in a home PC. It's designed to power machinery and it doesn't come with the power cord that goes from the PSU to the mains.

But as said above, regardless the Seasonic unit you go with they all are better than the FSP unit you also mentioned.
