One person opinion.
When in use and an outlet nearby, go ahead keep it plugged in, regardless of charge level. As long as you are running on battery alone once in a while, say a full charge cycle every 2 weeks ur fine. Once is fully charged, and you are done for the night, go ahead and unplug it.
