I recently swapped my gpu, and everything worked fine except for the fact that my (very old) PS2 keyboard wasn't responding. It didn't even show up in the device manager. When I restarted the computer, the num/scroll/caps lock lights would briefly turn on and of but then nothing happens. The keyboard is not broken, it works fine if I plug it into my other computer's PS2 port. I also have a USB keyboard, and that one also works fine on both PC's. I've made sure that PS2 Support in the BIOS is enabled, but the problem persists. What can I do?

Solution
Do you have another known working PS2 keyboard to plug into the computer at fault.

If your old PS2 keyboard is working elsewhere then that makes me suspect the PS2 port itself.

Two known working keyboards that do not work when plugged into that PS2 port would support a likely port failure of some sort.
