i5 6600k high voltage spikes

I have my i5-6600k clocked at 4.5 ghz on an Asus z170-a mobo. In the bios I have manually set the Vcore to 1.28v but while stress testing my OC I see voltage spikes of up to 1.39v on some cores. My temps are ok at around 57°c during the stress test. I'm also getting somewhat regular crashes while playing cpu heavy games like witcher 3 and Ashes of the Singularity. I wan't this OC to be 100% stable, but I'm uncomfortable with raising the Vcore more because of the spikes, even though my temps are good. PLS HELP

Solution
It's probably just your LLC compensating for vdroop. Disable it in the BIOS. It might make your OC unstable and it will probably require a higher voltage.
