Unable to access RAID Card BIOS

Hi
I installed this a :
RAID Card

On this motherboard : Gigabyte Z370 AORUS Gaming 5


I an not able to access the raid card interface using Ctrl + M
vantecusa support said:
If you did not get this message on the screen, your System BIOS may be blocking the Marvell BIOS from loading. Correct it in your system BIOS.

I am unable to get Gigabyte to respond.
Thank you for any input

Install latest driver from Vantec.
Follow instructions from downloadable manual.
Have your drives connected to the card before entering Marvell BIOS Setup.

During the initial boot, before the windows logo is displayed, Press <Ctrl>+<M> to configure the Marvell BIOS Setup.

System Requirements:
PCI Express x4, x8 or x16 slot
Windows XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/10

If you read the manual you will see you need to have the OS installed as it is a system requirement. See page 6 of downloadable manual
#9 Once the computer is powered ON, proceed with the setup of the configuration and installation of the drivers.

next step is
#10
You are setting up RAID configuration, continue with section “2.3 Creating and Managing Virtual Disk” and “2.4 Driver Installation”. If you are not setting up any RAID function, you can proceed to section “2.4 Driver Installation”.

Driver installation is completed on a reboot into Windows. I suggest downloading the latest driver although I don't know if it differs from the CD that comes with the card.

Now your ready for pressing Ctrl & M.

I am sure there is a way to set up the card without windows, I installed a Raid card in the past without operating system, I will read the manual again.

Anyway back to the original question, how to allow third party Raid cards on the gigabyte motherboards BIOS??

I dont see anything related to third party Raid cards on the mobo manual:
