I bought 2 Dell e2314h monitors but the display colors aren't the same?

I bought two dell e2314h and managed to work it as dual monitors. My video card has HDMI and DVI and Displayport slots. I don't have displayport cable so I used HDMI and DVI slots for the monitor but my problem is the colors aren't the same between the monitors? They have the same brightness settings etc..

Is that because I used different port? How can I fix this?
