New Mobo, CPU, and ram not displaying signal

I had upgraded a couple components to the b350 gaming plus, Ryzen 3 1200 and also Corsair vengeance lpx. After plugging everything in the ez debug led shows the cpu led then the dram led turns on shortly after. They both stay on for about two seconds before both leds shut off at the same time. I am not getting any signal on my monitor and also my keyboard and mouse do not light up. All the fans keep running. I’ve tried resetting cmos, all my standoff’s are in the right place, and all power cords are connected, I’ve also tried reseating every cord and also the ram.
