Power cut followed by unidentified network issue

I had a power cut this afternoon. When the power came back on, I found that one of my computers was connected to "unidentified network" with no Internet access. The other computers on the network had no such problem.

When I tried to connect the problem computer via WiFi, it didn't find my WiFi network, but found a network with the same name followed by "2." That network also lacked Internet access.

I assume that the problem is in the computer configuration or hardware since the other network computers work fine. I also assume that the problem had something to do with the power cut.

ipconfig shows the same values as before the power cut.

I did try switching cables and switching router ports with no change in the situation.

Thanks for the suggestion. Your explanation for how to make the change wasn't all that clear, so I looked around and found the following site: https://tinkertry.com/how-to-change-windows-10-network-type-from-public-to-private

but when I tried to follow the suggestions they gave, it didn't work at all. I noticed that one set of instructions (written) said to left click, while another (video) said to write click. In both cases, what happened when I clicked was not at all like what they said would happen, and I was not able to make the change. Can you be more specific about how this is done?

Your request maybe impossible 'cuz diff OS versions may do it just a "little" differently. I use Win7, and go:

Control Panel --> View Network Status and Tasks then I get this pic,

May want to look at this pic on a PC that works. Then REPLICATE on bad PC.

Under the "house" I call mine LAN, click that, mine show Home Network.

If you are on a WORKGROUP, may want to make sure bad PC is participated in.

The problem turned out to be Panda Antivirus. When it was uninstalled, the problem cleared up. Then when it was reinstalled, there was still no problem. So perhaps the power put Panda in a weird mode where it shut off all connectivity (guaranteed way to prevent malware, right?).

Thanks to all who offered suggestions.
