I would prefer it to be ips but if it’s not that’s fine too. No more than a 5ms response time. It does not have to be windescreen or anything i just want something functional. Thanks for your help.

Any high refresh rate IPS screen will be more than your budget. Acer XFA240 is right at your price, 144hz, FreeSync for AMD cards, decent stand.
