1070 is a $400 card, and has been out for ~2 years.
Plus the seller didn't even drop the value for the 5 months they mined on it...
I agree with norcalsc. That's a terrible deal.
Maybe if they were selling for $150, I may bite, but it depends on how hard the card was pushed. It may, or may not run much longer.
