Hello I'm about to buy a 1070 and I wanted to know what is the best settings I can play with it on fortnite, I don't know so much about this stuff but this is my computer specs.
And let's say my monitor can be up to 4K and 244Hz.

Processor AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor

Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070

RAM 16 GB

Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 17134), 64-bit

You should handle 1440p maxed out at 60+ easy on that setup but 4K is going to be a push at Max settings. So i'd personally turn down some of the settings between maybe Medium-High (some visual settings aren't worth it for the competitive advantage anyway) and you should be able to lock 60+ FPS stable at 4K. If you want to hit the max refresh rate of 244 Hz (although i'm doubting you have a monitor that is 4K 244Hz) you'll want to stick to 1080p to maintain anywhere close to that. However, i imagine your 8350 would bottleneck the 1070 once you start pushing 200+ FPS or higher. Check the benchmarks below for a good indicator of performance estimates. Hope this helps! :)

Well, first of all thank you for the best replay.
So I can put my settings on med and can run a 144hz with 1440p? (if I have the screen that goes with those settings ofc)
Any screen you might recommend?
I want a ultra wide one, price is no issue..

I can't say for 100% certain, but i imagine 144 FPS @ 1440p Medium settings should be achievable in most scenarios with your specs considering a GTX 1070 can push around 90-100 FPS on High settings. As for monitor, where are you buying from (country or any preferred stores)?
