You can buy used for dirt cheap, look for a beefier like this one https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F123187558799 They are beefy even for Q6600 at 1.4V (120W) under 70*C.
