fx4300 stream 1080p?

I'm thinking of buying a elagto game capture and ps4 to stream on twitching using obs is my CPU good enough to encode 1080p if that's the only thing it's doing also I have a rx460 dunno of that helps any though but I'd thought I'd tell yall

The HD60 PRO and the HD60 models have inbuild h264 encoders so the CPU doesn't have to do (almost) anything,the other models don't have h264 encoders and need a lot of CPU,just get the right model.
