Need opinions pls gaming on a 144hz 1080p monitor, I know the 1070ti might be overkill but it’s on special atm

Even a GTX 1080 isn't really overkill on a 144Hz 1080P Monitor if you want to maintain high frame rates you will also need a faster CPU like I posted.

This would be a better all around setup:
