I have got a Ryzen 5 2600 with the wraith stealth cooler and I wanna push it to 4.2ghz. My chip can go with that frequency but the cooler can't keep up with the heat.
So in my country the cooler master masterliquid 240 lite and arctic freezer 33 eSports push pull go for the same price. Which is more effective and quiet?

I've tested both of those - the Arctic eSports 33 is quieter but the ML240L will perform better overall.

Personally for the price, I like the Arctic 33 eSports better for the price and value- when I tested it, the price was $48 US. Strange that both coolers are the same price for you.

What case are you working with? Do you have room for a 240mm radiator to mount inside the chassis? Does your case conform to 150mm before it hits the side panel of your case? Are these the only two options at your disposal? Mind sharing your location and a budget for the cooler? Can you source a Cryorig H7?

masterliquid for sure. I have a 2600 at 4.25 with a 140mm radiator @ 800 rpm. 240 should be more than enough and you should be able to keep those fans static at like 800-900rpm.
