I want to sell my custom built gaming pc. It's 1 year and a half old. I had the parts of pcpartpicker but for whatever reason it's not showing the price for some items. I live in Canada. These are the parts:

CPU: Intel i5-4690K
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard: Asus Z97-A LGA1150
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
Harddrive: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Graphics Card: Asus GTX 970 STRIX
Case: Fractal Design Define R4 (Black Pearl)
Power Supply: Thermaltake - Smart M 850W 80+ Bronze Certified
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224DB
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1
Wireless Network Adapter: TP-Link TL-WDN3800

Peripherals -
Mouse: Logitech G502
Keyboard: Logitech G710+
Monitors: VG248QE
Mic: Blue Snowball

Solution
Just the computer, about $600 US.

i5-4690k is going to run at about $150, perhaps less.
Z97 motherboard will get you about $100
CPU cooler is worth about 15$, so I more or less consider that part of the deal
Memory is worth about $75
GTX 970 perhaps $150. The 900 series took a dive when the 10 series came out, and people are rapidly selling those off in prep for the next gen cards, and the collapse of mining on Nvidia. So it is a buyer's market at the moment.

Cases are difficult to sell since shipping costs are horrendous. So a local sale of the computer as a unit is desirable.

Peripherals are subjective, so I would look at ebay there as well.

Considering that you can get an off the shelf i5-8400 system for about $500 (just add...
The part prices aren't showing on PCPartPicker because the parts are no longer available for purchase new. You would get a better idea of the part values if you looked them up individually on eBay, search the part and limit the search to Buy It Now and list from lowest price to see what they are listed for; or search for sold listing most recent to see what prices the parts sold.

Considering that you can get an off the shelf i5-8400 system for about $500 (just add GPU) $600 is about right for a used gaming system from 2ish years ago.
