I have a asus prime A320M-K mobo and the stock cooler for the 2400g which will not fit in my mobo and the screws wont move
My ryzen 5 2400g stock cooler does not move

Prior to you dropping that APU and cooler onto the board, are you sure the motherboard has the latest BIOS update to accept that APU? On a side note, please list your specs like so:
