I was thinking of switching from my pentium g4560 stock cpu cooler to the Cooler Master Hyper RR-212E-20PK-R2. But the size and the weight of it makes me worry that It can snap my motherboard when the motherboard is standing vertically.
I can confirm that I have tried some much larger heatsink assemblies (Tuniq Tower, Coolermaster V10) and never damaged a motherboard as a consequence of the extra weight.
What is the make and model of your motherboard? You can't overclock on the G4560 which is why I'd say not to bother with what is already working for you.

My motherboard is a Msi B250M. I was thinking of switching the cooler because i noticed that the stock cpu cooler was way too loud.
The 212 Evo? No, it's a fairly lightweight cooler. Even so, I have really not seen a legitimate instance where a cooler broke an actual motherboard where excessive force or circumstances weren't also involved...even with very large coolers.
