Go online and look for comparable gaming pcs and look at how they are being priced.

Overall, do not be too optimistic about the saleability and/or price.

Most likely whoever would purchase the computer is going to be technically savy or have someone with them who is. And they may just want selected components from the system and will want an even lower price.

Do be sure to remove all personal data from the drives. Wiping the drives with DBAN is recommended.

Thank you so much for your help. As I was posting this question I actually got a offer for 650 dollars do you think that is a good deal? I've seen other post about their gaining rigs that are more expensive than mine but have a weaker gpu and cpu than mine. But from the looks of things do you think 650 is good for this gaming pc that I built? Thanks again.

Not a gamer per se but very much believe the old saying that "a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush".

How much did you invest in the build? Do you believe that after receiving $650 for the build that you got your money's worth out of the pc during the year and a half that you used the build?

Will you need to cover any shipping or delivery costs?

And be sure to vet the buyer.

Do not give the buyer any bank or other financial information allowing them to transfer funds to your account.

You could end up without a pc and a depleted bank account.

Set the terms of the deal including payment and watch how the buyer responds.

When I bought the parts it came out to be around 950 dollars. I am meeting up with the buyer so I will not have to ship it to them. I also felt that I had a good use out of the PC for that period of time. But I don't wanna be greedy but at the same time I don't know if honestly 650 is a good deal. Thanks again for the advice.
