I'm running Windows 10 v 1607 on a Dell Latitude E7450. Having performance issues when I stream netflix (probably will need another post on that) and checked Dell's site for driver updates. Drivers and Downloads page says I need updates for the O2 Micro OZ777xxx/OZ621XX memory card reader Driver. I go through the whole download/install successfully, but Dell's site says the same driver needs updating when I check again after restarting my computer. Not sure if this is related to the video streaming issue, but either way I'm wondering if anyone knows why this driver install isn't being recognized.

More specs for what it's worth:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5600U CPU @ 2.60GHz
Ram: 16GB
System: 64-bit

The memory card reader would have nothing to do with any performance issues, it is just for the memory card reader. If it was the actual chipset driver with an issue then yes it may cause performance issues. You did not really say what the issues are exactly, most likely would be your internet connection. Do other streaming services work? YouTube at 1080 runs OK? Hulu? Anything else was tested?
