Hi,
Today arrived new components from which I wanted to build a gaming PC. Considering I built a few of them over the last 5 years, I would say I am no newbie to this, but this truly pisses me off.

I put the pc together and it doesn't have any video output. Basically the fans (cpu, case, gpu..) all spin, but it doesn't do anything else. The keyboard also isn't detected in any port, even after a minute or so. The pc DOESN'T turn off automatically, no matter what I do, and pressing the power button once doesn't power it off, I have to hold it or turn off the PSU. There is also no audio output from the PC, even when I removed both RAMS because I wanted to try if there is any sound coming out of it, and there isn't. (yes, my speakers are plugged in, I expected to hear a few beeps as usual when memory is missing from the build). The cpu 12V is plugged in correctly, the 24V also. I tried unplugging everything not needed for BIOS boot (front panel audio, HDDs..). Pulling out the CMOS battery for a while doesn't do anything. I tried using my second gpu (which was 100% working in my old PC). I tried using different RAM slots.
I use HDMI, but I also tried DVI, in both slots of the graphics card, in the internal mobo port and on both displays and both of their connectors. The case spacers are normal, the mobo isn't touching the case from the bottom side. I tried removing the gpu several times, and made sure it is fitted correctly.
If you guys can think of anything, please help, I have been pulling out my hair over this for the last 8 hours.

New components:
Asus Strix X370-f Gaming
Ryzen 5 2600X, cooler: AMD Wraith Max
Kingston Fury 2666 Mhz CL15 DDR4 2x4 Gb
Asus Strix RX570
Corsair CX550M

Components from old PC:
Samsung 240 GB EVO SSD
2x regular HDDs
CoolerMaster case

+ 2x LG displays

Actually, the technical specs of the mobo on ASUS's site say that both 1st and 2nd Gen CPUs are compatible..
Edit: The default BIOS version is 3008. My cpu needs min 3803. But how would I go ahead and update it? I know amd offers bootkits, but how long would I have to wait for it?

They're right about the BIOS needing an update, it sucks.

You also should consider getting a proper PSU, CX series is not meant for anything more than basic desktop application. But it's your funeral, I guess. Never, ever skimp on PSU.

Alright, thanks guys, i tried it with a friend's ryzen 1600 to no success.. I don't really want to wait a month for amd to ship the bootkit to the Czech republic, so i will be buying a ROG X470-f, which should work without any BIOS update, amirite.

Ok, so the bootkit arrived today, but it is doing exactly what the ryzen did.. (nothing, that is..) I pulled the cmos battery multiple times for a longer amount of time, but still nothing, the keyboard still doesn't light up, neither the mobo hdmi or the gpu hdmi seem to be the problem... this is so frustrating, do you guys knoe ehat this could be? Should i judt return the mobo straight away?
