How much should integrated graphics be used over dedicated graphics?

Hello,

I have a ASUS UX501VW and I play a few games on it (primarily overwatch). I've been having some FPS issues, I dropped the settings to medium, resolution 1080p, uninstall and reinstall the game 2 times. I ran the game and checked the task manager to find that the Dedicated gpu (960m) was only being utilized 60%, the cpu (6700hq) 45% and integrated graphics at 100%. What do I do to make sure that the dedicated graphics are being utilized more?

The 960m is your dedicated graphics. All you can do is make sure your win 10 power setting is set to high performance, that keeps the cpu at highest clock speed, and use msi Iafterburner for gpu to overclock it. Google for settings for the 960m.
Have you tried running games on that laptop while using AC power?

I'd try using a different method, like MSI Afterburner, to see which graphics are being used while you run that game. Framerate issues can be caused by a lot of things. First you need to know what graphics is being used.
