Solution
the older s line from seasonic the 520/620w units are better unit and about the same price as that 400w unit.
That's not true at all. The be Quiet Pure Power 10 400W+ are much better power supplies. https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/be-quiet-pure-power-10-600w-psu,5070.html

At load your system would consume less than 200W based on testings, so wattage definitely isn't an issue, even for your upgrades, or a GTX 1060.
It has necessary cables for your system and upgrades.
It is a good quality power supply.

It is fine for your system.
It will run the System just fine.
A GT 1030 doenst consume a lot of power and the GTX 1050 doenst either.
Your CPU is rated for 95 Watt and might be a bit over it under full load but nothing to worry about.

If you plan on going for a gtx 1060 i would go with more then 400 Watt but your configuration is fine :)

Yes, would work fine as Rexper said.

The Pure Power 10 is a pretty good PSU, will give you no problems up to a GTX 1060 6GB.

The Seasonic S12II/M12II have proven to be pretty reliable PSUs, but they are old and lack some modern protections so the pure power 10 is a better choice.
