Hi, I reciently bought the Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 and when I arrived at home I looked for its drivers/software, then I found out that Razer Synapse 2.0 is what I was looking for. After installing it everything was okay, I could change all the settings for my headphones and microphone etc.
But then I clicked on "Get Razer Surround Pro" and I tried to install it, but then I canceled it because my friend said I don't know what. After that, my Razer Synapse is stuck in this screen here and I can't do ANYTHING, if this is a bug please help me because I would like to be able to config my headphones again.....
I tried:
- COMPLETELY uninstalling (deleting ALL files)
- Reinstalling several times
- Installing the Razer Synapse 3 (which is in beta)
- Registering my headphones with the unique code
- Executing Razer Synapse with admin rights
Nothing worked and this is what it looks like:
Also when I click in the icon of the task bar it looks like the 7.1 v2 has been detected or something:
