Only psu is working. Monitor says no cable connected. cpu fan and case fan dont work. Is it mobo issue or CPU problem ? Please tell me what problem could cause it.
All cables are connected to a correct location.. when installing a cpu, a mobo socket was scratched very slightly by cpu edge. Could it be a cause of this problem ? I bought cpu and mobo very recently.
