Hello, i have a Gigabyte H370 HD3 motherboard, which i never BIOS flashed since i got it, so when i checked the BIOS updates on the web page, i downloaded and installed all of the available updates and installed them all one by one in a short period of time and since the last update (the F4 version) the EZ Debug light for the CPU is on, but my system works fine and i can boot into Windows, so i was wondering what could have gone wrong or if i did it well. So, the way i did it was:
1- Download the update
2- format pendrive to FAT 32 (4096 bytes for allocation unit size)
3- Restart to BIOS, used Qflash to update
4- Used Fast method for the first update (F2 version), then for the rest of the updates(F3-F4) i used intact method

On the last update (F4) my pc did this thingy where it turn off and on erratically two times very fast, i was afraid the flash went wrong but after the second time it booted into Windows just fine, but since then, i have the so called problem where the EZ debug light for the CPU is constantly on, even tho the pc works just fine. I hope my explanation is fine (my english sounds broken sometimes) and thank you very much for your time and pacience.

Can you list your full system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Out of curiosity, which slots are your rams populating? Can you reflash the BIOS with F4? If it still persists, you may want to remove the CPU from the board and inspect if any pins are broken or bent on the CPU socket.

As it follows:
CPU: Intel Core i3 8100
Motherboard: Gigabyte H370 HD3
Ram: Ballistix Sport LT White 8GB DDR4-2400 UDIMM
SSD/HDD: HHD Seagate 1TB 7200RPM
GPU:ZOTAC GEFORCE GTX 1060 3GB
PSU:Corsair VS 500
Chassis: Corsair Spec Alpha
OS: Windows 10
Cooling: Corsair H60 water cooling

The RAM slot i'm using is the Second one (since i got only one stick of RAM, MOBO manual recommended to used that slot)
That BIOS reflash is a good suggestion! i will do it when i can get sometime and report here afterwards, i hope it goes well again.
Thank you!
