PC shuts down when trying to open a game other than CSGO

MOBO:MSI B250M MORTAR ARCTIC
CPU:Intel i7 7700K
GPU:Msi GamingX GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
RAM:Corsair Vengeance LPX 2400Mhz 16gb (2x8)
PSU:Corsair VS450
CASE:Everest Majesty
SSD:Corsair Force LE 120gb
HDD:WD 500GB

im thinking of a PSU shortage that causing the shut downs, please help me confirm or identify the problem

The games other than CS GO require a bit more GPU power, which causes the PSU to have to work harder, causing the system to shut down. Sounds like PSU issue to me also. You should look for a PSU of 550W or 650W from Seasonic GOLD or EVGA G3 GOLD
