How to convert sens from one DPI to another DPI?

How to convert sens from one DPI to another DPI? Im playing rainbow six siege on 800 DPI 10/10 with 50 ADS. I would like the 2000 DPI equivalent of this, but how does one calculate it? Please let me know thanks.

My math tells me you'd need to use 4/10 sens with 2000 DPI to equal 10/10 at 800 DPI. Honestly though, you may need to try different settings until it just feels the same. Reason being the sens scale can be straight or curved. It all depends how the devs calibrated the control scheme.
