I will be live streaming fortnite, csgo and other esport titles. Can I livestream 1080p@60fps and still be able to get high fps? is this pc good for streaming/recording/rendering and gaming?

Solution
At 1080p the load is mostly on the CPU, because for a 1070 Ti a 1080p resolution is a low resolution, so the CPU becomes more important. If it were my choice I'd probably go with a 1070 and spend the extra money on a 2600 and maybe a 450 motherboard if that becomes in my price range.

Your way would work though, because those titles are not very demanding, so you should have power to spare.
