I just built a PC. Everything starts up completely fine. But as soon as I boot up windows 7 it asks me for the language. I can't use my keyboard for some reason. I know it's not the keyboard because I've tried another one and the same thing happened.

it sounds like a USB driver issue. If you're using a USB 3 port, try connecting it to a USB 2 port instead. Windows 7 is a very old operating system so it wouldn't have drivers built-in for all contemporary hardware and at some stage the "plug and play" simply can't bridge the gap.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from Nabdu : "I'm having OS problems."

I built a pc. I tried to put windows 7 on in. When I booked it up everything went pretty smooth until it turned on. It asked me for my language and from there I couldn't choose anything. I plugged in a new keyboard and tried different ports. I tried everything and it didnt work. I then realized the disc said for HP PC's only. Is this effecting it. Or should I try something else? If none of it works I'm planning on getting a new windows 10 disc. If I do would I have clear the hard drive or something. (I used an external CD reader to do it if that matters). Thanks
