Hi, I am having trouble with FPS drops mid game and i don't understand where this could be coming from. Changing graphics in game does not help. I have used MSI afterburner to monitor the issue in games and there are 3 things that will happen:
-GPU shoots up to 100% and stays stuck there
-CPU usage drops to 1-5%
-FPS will stall around 10
I have tried a couple simple solutions such as changing power options to performance instead of appearance, setting PCI to 100% minimum and maximum and I have activated Game mode (windows 10).
In addition my CPU never heats up above 52 degrees Celsius (I am worried there is a feature preventing it from throttling above that temp).
my specs:
CPU: i3 8100
GPU: GTX 1060 6Gb
Mobo: Msi B360 gaming plus
