I have an i7 7700 (non k) with a Deepcool Gammaxx 400 cooler, and I ran an AIDA64 stability test, and my temps were around 67-71° C. Should I be worried or are these decent temps.

Concerning AIDA64, please be more specific. AIDA64 has 15 possible stability tests involving the processor, any of which, selected either individually or in combinations, will produce different Core temperatures due to workloads that range from less than 70% to more than 115%:

(1) CPU - (<70% workload, lowest Core temperatures)
(2) FPU - (>115% workload, highest Core temperatures)
(3) Cache
(4) RAM
(5) CPU, FPU (~100% workload, valid Core temperatures)
(6) CPU, Cache
(7) CPU, RAM...

That's a lot of variables.

Q: Exactly what did you run?

Here's the nominal operating range for Core temperature:

Core temperatures above 85°C are not recommended.

Core temperatures below 80°C are ideal.

Core temperatures increase and decrease with ambient (room) temperature.

Q: What was your ambient temperature during testing? Standard or "normal" is 22°C or 72°F.

Once again, welcome aboard!
