Difficulty with graphics card? Can't reach above 18-20 fps on almost any game, even at the lowest settings.

It's all in the title. I'm not really sure what's going on? On occasion from a few games, I'll receive fatal crash errors at random. I'm not certain what's wrong, I just want to know if my PC is lower-end that I thought.

Sounds like you may be using the integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630 instead of the GTX 1060 6GB. Verify that your monitor's display cable is plugged in to the GPU and not the motherboard.

Fatal crash error does seem alarming though. Is this a Blue Screen error that Windows has encountered an error or an error box within Windows? Be sure to record the error code next time it happens.
