is the foam in my gpu packaging box conductive foam?

i wanna put a little piece of it in my joycon controller but i don't have any way to tell if it is conductive foam and i cant find anything about it online.

It wont be conductive. Apart from the obvious physical protection. The whole point of GPU packaging (including the anti static bag) is to isolate the card from possible static damage.

If you're still worried about it though you could wrap the little piece in electrical tape before inserting it, this will definitely keep everything isolated properly.

just gotta make sure, I wanna put a tiny piece of conductive foam over the antenna in the left joy con to protect it from interference, but you're saying that won't work? is the foam treated in any way, i mean is it anti-static?
